Odd issue with Gladius

I guess will try here as more people are PvP-oriented on this server. Hopefully someone ran into this.

I’ve been trying to get my Gladius to announce specs and trinket use and low health enemy in the party chat, but it doesn’t work. It works when I select “Say”. I don’t want it to spam in “Say”. Went through the forum and found a fix where people deleted some saved variables in the WTF folder - that didn’t work for me. The addon works normally otherwise and I tried a couple different sources for the addon. Anyone else having the same issues? What might be the cause?

Create a chat window and enable the 1. General channel, say and party chat then test/reconfigure your addon.

I used to have a window named 'glad' everyone questioned when I was a popular player quite a while ago over video clips, etc on Xfire. This was why!

If I'm remembering it right this'll fix it, it will print in all other windows with party enabled at the time of creation.
