Because consequences. Like:
- shop release is delayed, kids start crying "BUT YOU PROMIIIIISED WAAAA"
- "LFM GDKP BT, GLAIVES STARTING BID 50k GOLD"
Also:
- they do not promote the pay to win mentality, they use donations to maintain server and administration costs and I respect that a lot
- they do not give a **** about whiny *****es, they do their thing the way they think is right and I respect that even more

Where did your ideas come from that this is a democracy and you have a saying in how they conduct the server?
I've seen multiple topics with delulu people like "I got banned and I have no proof why" - here's my two cents: I am ****ing certain that that guy deserved the ban, should shut his mouth for 5 days and learn from his mistakes.
"Hurr durr, onyxia and blackrock on the same battlegroup is sooo unfair" - how is that? Who is stopping you from getting that free gear yourself by playing on Blackrock? Even if you only played PVP on Onyxia, you need maybe a week of playing to get all the gear available for honor, even when you only play Horde and get matched with Alliance Blackrock players (because Human racial, lol). Or you can turn on Merc mode and play both sides.
"Most players don't want this, most players don't like that" - I love you guys pulling statistics numbers out of your asses. I'll leave it to that.
Also why would they even reply to a poorly worded, no arguments provided, rude or even demanding inquiry?

That being said, here is a counterexample: remember when they implemented changes (in phase 2 I believe) ahead of time because of community? Yeah it's because the people who asked about them changes provided solid arguments and constructive criticism.
