Being banned from the server due to ninja loot. If ninja loot did not occur. And if I was going to be banned, I should be banned when I'm online, not when I'm disconnected.

1. Ninja bans require solid evidence of needing an item that wasn't for you, or you didn't need roll on OS item properly.
2. That ban can happen when you're online or not. They aren't instant as players don't report them within a second, and there's long line of reports before your ninja incident is reviewed by a GM.

You get banned whenever a GM goes through the report they received, verifies the evidence sent (such as you rolling Need on a ring you shouldn't), and confirms a rule was broken. They have no obligation whatsoever to do it when you're online, as they don't require your input on the matter. If they had anything to ask you, they would do so before issuing a ban.
