Lordaeron lottery

Hello guys, just wondering if there is a bug with Lordaeron lottery (like if it stays "Unclaimed", it will display the previous winner) or if it's rigged :

During the last 10 months we had 5 times a player winning it 2 weeks in a row.
With the number of tickets purchased (e.g. way more than 1000 for Qiraji) there is no way, even if they bought a lot of tickets, it's happening 5 times within 10 months.

So yeah might be the display in case of "Unclaimed" (or a late claim) but still weird ...?

I think honestly a lot of these players just buy a ton of tickets and get lucky. I know a few of these names and they have been playing for years, so they probably have a lot of points to boost their chances in the lottery.
