Technical Bugged Item

Hello, I have bugged transmog item, I used Soul Of Deception on item in the past but when I logged in recently item says "Essence of {item_name}" and I can't use it on anything. I got 3 items of this type, I can provide screenshots if necessary. I think simple resolution would be if I could get Soul Of Deception instead of these items.
