Stolen account - Someone uses it as if it were theirs

Dear Warmane,

I know this isn't the right place, but I had no other option - or I just don't know any.
I have proof that I played with characters (screenshots from 2016, when I first depleted my characters). Unfortunately, I never authorized this account with a code, either email or app, so anyone could log in without any problems.
I also personally purchased access to the unlimited login (no queue) and donated to purchase coins, so I can confirm the bank account the money came from.
Furthermore, over the past few years, someone has been systematically stealing EOTY and EOFY from this account – totaling several thousand. However, last time someone was brave enough to change my entire UI with the bars, and one of my characters joined a guild. Can you help me?

From what you say, you see that emblems are being sold. Does that mean that you still have access to the acount? In that case, you can just change the password to the account and to your email to solve the issue.

Okay, I didn't write everything. Now, to clarify: The account has an email address that I no longer have physical access to, as I created it over nine years ago. And that email address doesn't actually exist. However, now, when I log in to the Warmane website, it requires a code that's sent to this non-existent email address. This means that anyone with the account's login and password can log in, because I didn't confirm anything in-game when this happened (I don't remember exactly when).
