WotLK Missing Coin Transaction Record on Website Auction House

I would like to report an issue regarding the website Auction House. I recently listed gold for sale through the Warmane website Auction House, and the gold was deducted from my in-game character as expected. However, the transaction does not appear in my website Auction House history, and I cannot see any record of the listing.

Gold was deducted from my character when I created the listing.

No record of the listing appears on the website.

I am unable to track or cancel the auction since it does not show up in my history.

Could you please help me check this issue and recover the missing gold or restore the auction record? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Transactions only appear in the account history section if the gold sells or the trade expires. Until it does, you can track your trade here: https://www.warmane.com/account/trade (Item Trade -> Sell -> Items I'm selling)

You can't cancel a trade offer. You will have to wait until it expires. When it does, you will receive the gold back in your mailbox.

The gold was deducted from my character and the auction time has expired, but there is no failed-auction record on the website and I received no mail in my character’s mailbox.

Expired trades also appear in the "Trading" tab of the account history section. Can you confirm the trade is not in the "Items I'm selling" section? Are you sure you are logging into the correct account?

I have sold gold on the Warmane website several times before, and everything went smoothly each time. However, this time is very unusual — there is no record of the auction failing on the website, and the gold has not been returned to my character's mailbox. This has never happened before. I am certain that both my character name and account name are correct.

I would also like to add that when I was listing the auction, I left the website page idle for a while. I am not sure if this caused the issue, but sometimes the Warmane website automatically logs me out if I remain inactive for a period of time.
