    Issues between monitor and the game

    My game runs smoothly, I have really good specs inside of my computer, unfortunately even if I set my refresh rate to 144hz, 60hz etc. I'm experiencing really huge fps drops, I'm talking about 1fps per 20seconds, I got no addons, just using default settings. My resolution is set to 3440x1440. Most of these desyncs are happening during alt tabbing, with or without full screen. How can I fix these issues?
