1. Stolen Gmail account

    Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

    I have been a long-time member of this community, dating back to the Molten server era (now Warmane). After a longer break, I have recently become active again (Pandaria – Frostwolf unfortunately ended), and I am now playing together with my son (we both have accounts with you).

    However, we have discovered that my wife’s Gmail account—which was used to activate her Warmane account—was stolen. She used to play with us as well, and therefore I would like to kindly ask for your assistance. Would it be possible to register a different email address for her account?

    As verification, I believe I can provide the account login and, if necessary, demonstrate our play history - as I probably have some old screenshots as memorabilia, and I should be able to recall the names of her characters (from Pandaria). For additional verification, we should also be connecting from the same IP address. I have been registered with you since the Molten era, and my wife registered later as well. We were all in the same guild - The Soldiers of Anarchy as I was the later Guild Master (DonPablo).

    The problem is that due to two-factor authentication, she can log in Warmane using the correct username and password, but the verification code is being sent to the stolen Gmail account. Unfortunately, Google support has not been able to help us, or our requests have been ignored.

    Simply email us directly for assistance - [email protected]

    It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

    - Account or Forum username (not passwords).
    - Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
    - Character information
    - General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
    - Country where you connected or registered from

    You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.
