Burning Crusade Ghoul Wolk pre patch event bugged my character pls help

At onixya we are at the wolk pre patch event where ramdom players are turned into ghouls. I was turned into a ghould then entered the pvp battle royale evet. When I got out of the match my character got bugged everyone is my enemy Horde or Alliance and they can both attack me, and my character moves soo slow and dies out of the nowhere some times. Please help
