I cannot collect points anymore
Has that feature been disabled entirely? When I click collect points I get the error "you don't have any points to collect".

Collected mine just fine.
Have you logged in today, and is your account status / achievement points enough to even collect points?
The achievement points needs to be on Icecrown/Lordaeron characters.
