hello hope this finds you well all, i was wondering when my account rank goes back to envoy and im now stuck at agent its been 8 months since my last ban and i explained what happened and support team lifted the ban before its complete period.

Even if it was lifted, you will have to wait 1 full year until the account status is restored.

The ban being lifted just means you were allowed to play again before the whole duration was served, not that it was erased. You still did what got you banned and that remains in your record, be it for the purpose of your account standing or for the duration of any future bans.

thanks for your reply but the ban was 5 days i got the message of the ban is lifted at the third day that's why.

It doesn't matter, it could be a one day ban that got lifted in the same day.
You received a ban = your account is no longer in good standing for one year after the last ban.
