Xp boost on dungeons for alts is bugged?

i m trying to boost alt in dungeon but low exp or 0 exp. Is it bugged? or have they changed the exp system without notice?Please don t replay "they fixed" because nowhere writed old exp system bugged. Tnx

U dont get much xp anymore while being grouped with a lvl 80

How is the xp calculated now then. I checked some old formulas for mob xp and it should be as such:

#xp from a single mob
XP = (Mob Level * 5) + 45, where Char Level = Mob Level, for mobs in Azeroth

#xp from a higher level mob
XP = (Base XP) * (1 + 0.05 * (Mob Level - Char Level) ), where Mob Level > Char Level

#elite
XP = Base XP * 2

now I just went a run with 21 lvl in RFK where enemies are around 26-28 elites. they should average to ((27 * 5)+45) 180xp per kill + elite bonus(2x) + 2 man party bonus to = 346 xp / kill, which is ofc divided to both party members equally where i did not get anything and party member should have gotten 173 xp.

party member got only 76-84xp per enemy. Have I calculated something wrong?

I don't know why they changed it. Seriously it's not that it's ruining the game or anything. It helps this realm alive. No one in 2026 wants to level up normally. Warmane good job killing the realm even more.
