Sometimes gear on my character just disappears

Hello!

Sometimes gear on my character just disappears. Today I've noticed that the shield is missing.
Some time ago I had the same bug with the gloves.

It happened on my level 65 character, so these items aren't very important. I just want to know, has anyone had the same problem?

PS. These items were given to me via trade with party members; maybe that is the point.
