Cross-realm PVP system for Arenas is a problem

Hello community, and GMs,

Name is Saza, troll hunter from Lordaeron.

I was hoping to open up a discussion thread on the viability of taking down the crossrealm pvp arena system.

I get the idea for Bgs and WG since those are large scale and require a huge influx of players to be playable in a timely manner. That being said, for arena I find it ridiculous. Seems like every arena you get into, 9-10 plates have Shadowmourne and god knows what else, and they are from these other realms that from what I get the gist of, they can buy some items to help their progression and gearing a lot.

Arenas is ****ed honestly, wholly unbalanced due to this crossrealm play.

I want to hear the opinions from the community and hopefully something more clever than gid gud and ignoring the glaring problem. Hopefully a GM response on the matter.

That being said, if that is the case. Can a system of matchmaking be implemented then? so people are paired with similar geared people or something like that. That could also aliviate the problem since the 277s/284s full BIS would be paired against each other, and not against furius/relentless guys who are just in the process of gearing up and its kind of ridiculous cause 1500s is full of teams full BIS.

Either they enable something that matches up pairing GS , or they should open the store for lordaeron.

Because is lowkey unfair that some can pass their credit card and get a 284 weapon , BIS trinkets or what not and you get paired with the server where you can't buy stuff and you have to grind your way up.

Sincerely its not a very smart thing to do to have the setup as is.
