Technical Back to WoW after few years

Hello,is there any chance to return to WoW after 2,5 years and get my chars back? Today I logged into my account after this time and the chars are'nt visible in the armory. Pls help what should I do.

1. Inactive characters below level 50 are deleted from non-premium accounts.
2. Frostmourne characters from seasons 1-3 are gone.
3. Frostwolf characters are gone.
4. Inactive characters have their names removed. They don't show up in armory.
5. Log the right account and realm if the previous statements don't apply to you.
6. In the case it's the right account and realm and there are no characters, they were deleted manually by a player.
