Dear support team,

a friend of mine wants to join me in azeroth but he doesn't receive an authentification e-mail upon creating an account.

- requesting another code again doesn't work
- it's not in his spam folder
- the correct e-mail was used
- can't create a new account with the e-mail bc "it's already in use"
- he uses a gmail account
