WotLK blackrock tbc character import pending

hi, is there an average time it takes to copy a blackrock tbc character to wotlk blackrock or did i do something wrong while setting it up?
transfer copy is stuck at "character is pending to import" for some days now or is there just a load of requests that have to be taken care of manually?
