VPN on warmane server, need help pls

Good day,

I'm from Southeast Asia, in every evening i'm still lagging around 8 pm (10k ms ) even my ping is good (10ms). Now i'm using Nordvpn using France/Germany location just to get a good connection to warmane server. My problem is every time when we're starting to raid my ping always get "request timed out" and got 500 ms in every combat. While not doing raid its good 195m even i'm staying in Dalaran.

Please help how to fix if its vpn or ISP itself. thanks

Try exitlag it works well for me in south africa
