Hi,

I'd suggest getting NPCScan and NPCScan overlay for 5.4.8. I've found TLPD recently (5 times within the past 2-3 months) You will find it flying low and slow.

For people looking for it on onyxia. Even if it is fresh wotlk. He does not work as retail. Spawn points are not only the four known. It is sensible to restart server. Well not a good job ... and make the hunt impossible. Just pure luck
