Do yall think they’ll do another progression server going from classic through wotlk to keep the server from becoming stale? Is that what you guys think the community wants or going a different approach.

Realistically Onyxia II is possible and so is Frostmourne IV. A break is likely before any new seasonal adventure is announced.
Vanilla and TBC realms aren't probably entirely off of the table. I'd bet on 3.3.5 client being utilized again for any Vanilla/TBC realm(s).
I like the idea of doing another progression server myself. Mainly it goes people to farm mounts or play a class they didn’t get to experience during the specific era. Than the main server is always there once’s your done so you know you can keep playing
