Is there any way to appeal for a bann of ninja looting (event boss) after been heavily insulted by the guy who reported me?
I discovered later than needing an item wasn't allowed, but my fault

You can always try to appeal a ban. Ban will most likely expire by the time it's your turn ontheline.

They should listen both part before giving a 5 days ban...i can't be banned like someone who stole end content raid gear, i was still leveling

Why? They provided evidence of what you did. You even admit you did it. There's no "other part" to listen to.
Your leveling or ignorance won't make you not get a proper ban if you break our rules - which you are implied to have read, understood and accepted to be playing a character in one of our servers.

No, not really against any rules to just say something like that. You can just add that people to your Ignore list.
And no, we don't "check chat." Either you make a report with evidence or nothing happens.

the only insult that matters is the infamous n-word. that is the only word, for which the ignore feature doesnt work apparently. But other than that 1 specific word, you are free to say whatever vile things you want. It's a bit like the word "Voldemort" in the harry potter universe, just that the rule of not being able to say it, is actually being enforced, even if you only whisper it.
