Hello, i purchased staff for my mage, but i choose wrong character name (Milinkos paladin, in the way of Trillgord mage).

Is there an option, that staff (it become soulbound) could be send from pala to mage?

Well, when i go to support i can only reach ticket for "Ban appeal" so its quite hard.
