Realms Add a website / forum based reporting system, too many racists for tickets

With the recent influx of racist and hate speech in /global, at least on Lordaeron, I find myself having to wait a couple of days before I can report the next asshat who thinks it funny to spew hateful comments in global chat for no reason. Adding a website-based system would circumvent wait period until the current ticket is resolved.

On a side note, maybe increase the punishment for racism because people are really saying some nasty **** on global, horde side. Most would think twice if they knew it'd get their character deleted or account banned.

Is it allowed to report multiple players at once with one ticket or are tickets considered ticket per reported player?

I could effectively report 7 players at once with following format:

Racism
Playername12
23:59 ST 31.12.2026
imgur link length 22 marks.

Fewer reports for ninjas etc. if having the "info" field is necessary, even then it's easy 3 reports per ticket.
