Alliance PVE priority - Icecrown

Hey, I started playing here as Horde with a friend, who has now left, and wanted to swap over to Alliance.

Is Alliance doing PVE content like Horde does, or it is strictly focused on PVP?

There is activity for everything on both factions, so it doesn't really matter what you choose.
