WotLK Donated with ETH but haven’t received coins yet, any help/suggestions ?

Hello,

I recently made a donation using ETH, but I haven’t received the coins in my account yet. I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether this is normal or if I should be concerned.

The required donation amount was $300, but I sent $324 worth of ETH just to make sure it would cover any possible fees or price fluctuations and not fall below the required amount.

Could sending slightly more than the required amount cause any issue with the automatic processing, or does it sometimes just take a bit longer for ETH donations to be credited?

I understand that other players probably can’t check the transaction itself, but if anyone has had a similar experience or knows how long ETH donations usually take to appear, I’d appreciate the information. Hopefully an administrator can also take a look if necessary.

A friend of mine donated too and he didn't receive the coins as well, would be good to see any update and see if it actually works.

You need to open a support ticket on the website and select General Issues,
https://www.warmane.com/account/support

as anything related to donations must be sorted through it. If it was your first donation and you don't have that option, you can send an email to [email protected]
