Hello,

I am trying to do The Outcast's Pilgrim quest from Vekax in Shattrah City. I need this quest for the achivement for quest achivement in Terokar. For some reason the quest does not appear to me. When interacting with the NPC there is no option to chose and he does not offer the quest. Qustie tells me this is the only quest I need anymore. I have not done the quest before. I also tried talking to him with the feathers in my bag but no luck. I am unable to find any pre requisites that I am missing.

Is this bugged for me or am I doing something wrong?
