I can't learn spell
Мage cannot learn Fireball Rank 2.
Мy character is level 30 on Lordaeron.
Fireball Rank 1 is missing from trainer and spellbook, so I cannot learn Rank 2.

I just didn't look closely at the talents, there's level 1 ability there
