Soloing a raid

I need to enter Molten Core with my lvl 80. If I invite someone to group, enter Molten core and that person leaves the party, this bypassing the rule of being in a raid, will I be banned?

If you invite someone to your party and they leave, the raid disbands and the game kicks you out of the zone. The person needs to stay with you in the party (not necessary in Molten Core, they could be in Stormwind or whatever). It's useful to have a second account for this.

You can dual log, form a raid with a level 1 alt. You can logout with the alt, just don't leave the raid so that is stays.
