WotLK Shattered Halls Final boss reset bug.

I'm trying to do the achievement for heroic shattered halls and the final boss always resets. No matter what I do and I'm not sure where to post about it, or if I should open a ticket in-game.

Did you clear the bosses before it? It resets if they're not done before trying the final boss.
