WotLK Deleteted character - lvl 1

To Whom It May Concern,

I want to report deleted characters on my accounts

Yesterday I played for my character, I was lvl 80 and pretty good equiped, FLy mounts and roughly 2000 golds.

Today, I logged and I see character with the same name, lvl 1 in Dalaran.
And I did not do it. It happened overnight.
I would like to check if this is a problem on your site or security breach of my account?
In such case, is it possible to reload the character from some back up? I really do not want to lose it. I spent so much time with it.

It also happened to my other character Pribina (on different account).

Same issue, character selection shows level 1 toons
