WotLK Where can I appeal an incorrectly issued ban?

My account is banned for a year for the following reason: "Your IP address (152.228.224.65) has been suspended for 12 months and 4 days due to too many bans registered on that IP."

I use Exit Lag as a VPN; that must be the reason. I haven't done anything wrong in the game; on the contrary, I've been a player on this server for over 14 years.
