I would like to report an issue with my account on the Lordaeron server. I recently returned to the game after a long period of inactivity, and my characters are not appearing in the character list.

On the server selection screen, it shows that I have 2 characters on Lordaeron, but when I enter the realm, the character list appears empty, as if they have disappeared.

I have verified that I am logging into the correct account, but I still cannot see any of my characters. I kindly ask you to review my account and, if possible, restore my characters.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
