WotLK Memory leak? Random FPS drops

I'm playing the original 3.3.5 client, nothing special, I get it when I go to Dalaran or Orgri that I get my FPS drops to 30, but when I'm in the world I have 174 fps capped, but sometimes usually after getting into crowded places and joining a Dungeon my FPS stays low around 50 fps, Is there some sort of memory leak? I've deleted Cache, but it comes back.

Here are my specs: i9-14900k, 32gb RAM, 4090TI, 1gps internet. I'm in Chile, I don't think it should be because of my distance, but I have no idea, any suggestions?

Thank you, I tried your fix, lets see if it works, one more thing, I'm having problems with my camera, and I'm not the only one, two friends have the same problem. When I'm playing, I don't know if it is the camera sensitivity or what, but it feels like it changes to very high for 1 sec, its like I had a muscle spasm and my camera moves quickly to one direction usually up. At first I thought it was mouse, so I changed it, but no, any idea what could it be?
