Hi guys, i have a question about transmog.

If i tmog a heirloom item or a boe item and send it over to my other character do i still keep the tmog? And if i dont keep the tmog on the other character, if i send it back to the original where the tmog was created. Does my original keep it?

But can i transmog higher lvl items to low lvl items?
