Looking for raid on Icecrown

I really dont know where to start, i am back on the game after few years dont have guild dont have any friends that play the game. Im not getting invited in raid i think im stuck im resto druid 5,4 what to gear up that i can raid normaly. So if anyone know guilds who accept 5,4gs players or some group thats needs healer for example ICC10nm please tell me or if anyone have some suggestion how to gear up at this point.

Make a new chat tab for global (/join global) if you haven't already. Guild advertisement happens there most of the time. IF you can't find a guild that's willing to take you, there are some PUG discords being spammed as well and get your foot in some decent runs.
