1. RotatIon Addon Inspired by Maxdps

I wanted to show you my new rotation addon, DPSHelper. The idea is to keep it super simple: it shows you the next ability you should use, which is great for new players and anyone who wants to pump up their DPS.

I play a lot of retail WoW and was inspired by the MaxDps addon. My original goal was to put the suggestions right on the action bars, but I found out that's impossible due to limitations in the WotLK API. So, I made a separate interface to give you the tips instead.

The addon is still in development, and the rotations are constantly being improved. For now, the classes I've played the most and that have the most complete rotations are Warlock and Rogue.

Any and all suggestions and feedback are more than welcome! It really helps me shape the future of this addon.

You can download and check out the project here: https://github.com/CodEw47/DpsHelperWotlk

    Thanks!

  2. Tried it on my warlock. It suggests Incinerate instead of Shadow Bolt in the standard rotation (without Molten Core buff). Clearly wrong, so it's on the shelf.

  3. This add-on is really great. I hope it can add a shadow priest rotation, I always end up at the bottom of the DPS chart.

  4. Shadow Priest rotation is really simple and totally static. If you want to increase your DPS get big trinkets and work on stacking haste.

I see people happy with this addon, I've tried it for a DK I have on Onyxia and I can see the interface and move it anywhere on the screen but just that, targeting and engaging any mob or target dummy doesn't pop up any spells inside that little interface. Useless to me, unless I'm doing something wrong. Any help please?
