I am writing from my second account because I cannot access the account I am trying to recover. The username of the account is KaroBrown.

I’m trying to recover my World of Warcraft account, but I’m not receiving the verification/reset code on my email address. I checked my spam/junk folder and still nothing arrives.

I can also send you an email from the same email address that was used to register the account to verify that I am the owner.

Could you please help me recover access to my account or check why the emails are not being delivered?
