WotLK Issue with donation

Hey, I live in America and for some reason cannot enter my card information in for the donation button. When I do attempt to donate and I click on my preferred package, the $30 package, or any package for that matter. I get an error screen that says the money has been refunded to my account even though I never even had a chance to enter my card information. Is this a regional thing that I cannot send money via the third-party software due to that reason? I do not believe there would be a reason for my account on Warmane not being able to donate. Perhaps it is an issue I'm just not aware of. Thank you very much for considering assisting me on this topic, I would love to support Warmane as it has given me several years of enjoyment and I hope for several more. :D

You need to put in a ticket in at https://www.warmane.com/account/support

Click on "Create Ticket"
then in the drop down box, select "General Inquiry"

Leave a detailed description of the problem and include a link to a screenshot of the message you're getting. Be sure you do NOT show your credit card information in the ticket. Someone will get back to you.
