    I have played a lot on this account, but I haven't logged into it for a while due to moving.
    Now, when I log into the game, everything is fine — my character works, and I can play.
    However, in my personal account, I see this message: "Your IP Address (14.161.45.92) has been terminated due to Suspicious Activity - #BF05," and I can't use the store or anything else.
    I have no idea what this IP address is, as it's definitely not mine. Maybe it's because of a VPN, since I am from Russia, and there have been previous cases when it was impossible to log into the game without a VPN.

    Hello, I have the very same problem.. returning player after 8 years. I´ve never cheated or anything like that - nor is this my IP. Any help on this one?

    Your computer must have some kind of bug; run an antivirus scan on it.

    Its VPN.

    Many people use them and use same IP at some point. Same happenbed to me. Just send email to warmane and ask them to lift the ban.
