Lordaeron cannot access my main account for unknown reasons (hacked?)

So, how do i solve the situation depicted below, when no codes arrive in my mailbox? I was last online yesterday with my main warmane account, but now the server does not seem to return a code into my mailbox whenever i try to log into the game. Its the same here on the webpage. I wrote a ticket to [email protected] but i am unsure how this can be resolved. On a side note i have a total of 3 accounts, of which 2 still work fine, just the main acount seems to be hacked / suspended and i have no idea why and nothing arrives in my mailbox whatever I seem to try. So what now?

Edit - adding pictures does not seem to work, when i log on to website with main account it replies:

"We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and you account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access"
"In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code that has been sent to the email registered on your account"

However, nothing reached my mailbox. I m clueless what to do next, please help / advise? Thanks!

Resolved, thanks, not sure if someone pressed the right buttons or if it just has been some email hiccup - oddly enough many hours later all 17 times or how many i have tried access codes were found in my mailbox. Cant say I am not glad it not being some kind of hack...
