Technical WoW Settings keeps reseting everytime I run the game

As title says, every time I run the game graphics settings keeps reseting, even windowed mode pops up ( I turned it off)
I downloaded the game from this link (the only one I managed to find anywhere)

Does anyone know a solution to this problem? thanks in advance!

Right click and select properties on config.wtf in WoW/WTF -folder and un-check read-only under general tab.

I don't know if it helps but I had this issue when I was doing ALT+F4 to quit the game instead instead of logging out properly.
