Rate of transmogrification scrolls, what changed?

Sooo.. i have been around since eons past, when server first went live, and so far ive managed to make some 7-8 different outfits with scrolls, but it has been 1month 2 week without a single one, ive done my weekly raids as usual, nothing. Bug or unannounced change in drop%?

Edit to add: i still seem to be able to obtain scrolls on my alts, well I feel those drop lot more rare these days too, but at least some will, whereas on my main i get nada

Same, i have 0 scrolls despite raiding weekly on my main and 2 scrolls on my DK which has been raiding for 2 weeks only. Atleast please make them Bind to Account.
