Technical Accidental Item Deletion

Hello,

While questing, either the Unliving Choker or Writhing Choker dropped for me. I put these items in my bank for a later date. Cleaning out my bank I destroyed the items. I had already accepted the quest to start delivering them.

Now I abandon the quest, neither of the items drops and I am stuck.

Can either of these items be reinstated in my inventory?
