How many Valanyr's are out there? Whats your/your guildies fragment count.

Greetings, fellow healers, and greetings to the... lesser specs!

Now that we have seemingly reached the "end" of "current" content Ulduar, I can finally ask the question thats been burning in the back of my mind for the past few weeks.

How many valanyrs do you/your guild have?
How many have you seen?
Whats your current fragment situation?

Ill go first!
Our small guild only has one, sometimes, full 25man group and we have cleared 7/9 HM (no algalon) on 25man.

We walked into this weeks Ulduar raid with 28 fragments in my bag and a burning determination in our hearts.

Alas, after averaging 2.417 fragments per week over 12 weeks, I regrettably was forced to use the mage portal back to Dalaran with 29 Fragments in my bag.
I have not seen a single Valanyr yet, althought I admittedly am not allowed out of the basement into other peoples raids since Im needed by my guild.

There are numerous at this point. An easy way to see this is just looking at holy paladins on the PvE ladder in the armory. A large portion of these end game players just raid log so they're not running around.

Statistically speaking you're not that far outside where you're supposed to be. You got 12 raids in Ulduar which totals to 168 bosses. Yogg of course guarantees a fragment and you haven't killed Algalon. So that would mean you have 12 guaranteed fragments and a 10-15% probability on a total of 144 bosses. As far as probability if you did all hard modes you should land around 33 fragments, but you haven't so it would be a bit lower.

Of course probability isn't exact so you have some guilds get a bit less and some get a bit more. End of the day though basically all guilds that are full clearing since week one should be able to get one Valanyr by end of phase and that's it.
