i didn't learn about the daze mechanic until 3 years after i started playing

For the longest time in cata I was playing shadow priest and one day I realized my Vampiric Embrace was gone (YES, I forgot it even existed for a while...), I saw it talented, but it wasn't showing up on my buffs. Everyone else had it, hell I even almost made a bug tracker report about it.
Then I realized, it was a PASSIVE that could be turned ON and OFF...

... Why isn't this always active anyways? :/
It was during Vanilla
My friend rolled a Human Warrior and I, well, i hate human look. So I roll a Gnome rogue.
Since we have different starting zone, We are apart from each other. Thus, this is how my unexpected adventure begin. It is like Bilbo Baggins.
So, I look at the map and decide to plan my adventure to cross Loch Mordan, Badland, Burning Step, and Redridge to party with my friend for lvling
lv 1, I roll a rogue and i dont know about steath and since I took 5 minutes to kill mob with my auto attack :P
cross Loch mordan died in the cave, died from bird, died from orgre,
and then I reached Black Rock Mountain (Mount Doom of LOtR), I intentionally jumped off the bridge to test the lava whether it is hot or not T.T Dead, Stuck there
So what do I do? Sick of dying, I run as a ghost to reach Redridge Mountain lol
And i lv the fk out of that place. Hmm I remember there is a tower near the quest hub, and there is an elite orc or silver dragon orc on the top of the Tower there. Yeah, i farm the **** out of that orc for A WEEK! Its like my Daily mission is reach the top of the tower to kill that Orc which made me feel awesome everytime :D
Turns out, there is a Deep Run Tram <.<
Theres more about Duskwood and Strangletthorn Vale,.....but oh well :P
I never was a WoW noob because I played with friends from day 1 and we taught each other new things daily.
But this one time at the very beginning (Vanilla WoW) I had the NPC names showing and I thought they were players and asked around for directions. Of course no one answered and I thought WoW is full of *****s who don't want to help others.
When i started on playing wow i had no clue how to use everything. my Boyfriend was getting annoyed due to the fact i didnt know how to pull out my weapon with "Z" and dont get me started on pulling aggro on Murlocs......also i just run around doing quests. i dont follow the storyline that much :/ lol
hahahahaha
In my first months in WoW, I was using items with the biggest overall numbers, no matter which stats they had. xD
...what? :D
Claimed the Green Wall, Karazhan Tower, and The hidden Cavern as my own Headquarters.
Dunno, having an HQ for a guild/clan was a thing with molten helpers, even code names, funny, but it rubs on you fast.
The first character i lvled (when i knew nothing about the game), i got him to lvl 80 just by grinding mobs, coz i didnt know about questing 😔
i remembed when i started playing i was a clicker who would separate ranged spells from mele spells in my druid because i wanted my action bar organized in categories .... dont hate me pls xD
