Please add the race/faction change service. Some of us want to play with our friends on the other faction with their already geared up characters. Or even for racials. It's very frustrating not having it, meaning that you will have to abandon your character and create another1 from 0.

I concur, that would be a pretty helpfull thing to have and I wonder what's the reasoning for not having it. I seriously doubt faction imbalance is at risk.

Please recruit more Game Masters, especially during North American times. In Vanilla you would have to wait 2+ days for a GM to respond to a ticket. You had such a passionate base at the start of Vanilla and could have found capable educated players willing to VOLUNTEER to help mode world chat or answer simple tickets.

id like to say heroic dungeon gear and probably some reputation items, including epics. Pretty much everything besides raid gear. Tons of good stuff compared to vanilla, an example would be like hourglass of unraveler/ bloodlust brooch, one comes form heroic dungeon and one comes form badges, both will be available for purchase for 10-15 coins.
