Except you don't. You may have excellent doctors but there are countries like Australia, Hungary or even the United Kingdom and Russian whose M.D.'s excel in their areas.
Also if were are going to talk about best hospitals and doctors in general #cubanhealthcaresystem
And if I could name 10 biggest medical discoveries such as MRR, Penicillin, DNA structure, Smallpox, Germ theory, IVF, Insulin, X Ray, Birth control and Anaesthetics, pretty much only one of them includes one american vs at least four british.
Yet, american have brought us a big slice of medical advance, much <3 MRI, but that's what you expect from a country with that much population and resources. Also, we all know who planted the seed on north american soil :D

Anyone who prefers English language over their native (if given the choice) will always choose British over American any day,unless they are American them selves. So comparing stats from US to UK is nonsense,what you need to compare is US to....i'd guess over 40% of the rest of the world,maybe even more?!
Nevertheless,every country has it's downsides and upsides,in this case UK is arguably the most insecure country world-wide considering that almost every single thing your average citizen would do,is being most likely monitored,on the other side,if you like historical places,esp those from Middle Ages,not just UK,but right next to it Ireland as well is like the gold mine.
Then you got the fattest place in the world,which is US,it has gone so bad that some states actually have banned fast foods in low income areas,the arguing and general clueless...ness about everything that doesn't involve their own states is why no European will ever take them serious. Then again,if you can get past all that,as far as my own personal experience,they are some of the nicest people around. Sure you got bad apples,but which country doesn't have them.
Generally speaking,you can focus on any place in the world with either good or bad expectations,and approaching it from a single side will not only narrow down your field of view for a particular place,it will also make you ignorant.
Then again,if you've ever been on global @ warmane servers,i don't blame anyone for assuming that the whole world has gone to crapper.

Ok, this might be the best troll in the thread. Yeah, I am definitely going to CUBA for my life-saving procedure. The answer to the question (which country has the BEST doctors - not the cheapest health care) is USA. Many of the doctors might be from foreign countries, but that is because we are rich as **** and attract them with big salaries, the best technology and, of course, freedom.

"Freedom"-The USA has the highest prison incarceration rate in the world.
Anyone with enough money can go to the USA and get medical treatment ,so having the "best doctors "is a moot point,especially when you consider that many of the poor can't afford them and many of the middle class have to sacrifice greatly to do so,"foreigners"with money can get better care in the USA than many of it's own people can.
46% of Americans believe in creationism and don't even get me started on the Afrocentrics.lol.
