1. In other words, wait for it to release.
Danger or not, if a majority of people are doing, why are you guys so afraid of having WoD here lol?
If Blizzard wanted to skin warmane, I dunno what power they got, but they won't do it.
If they did, the other WoD would have been frozen by Blizz and shattered by now.

What I am trying to say is this: Relax and wait. The lot of you have good points, but WoD is releasing anyway, whether you like it, like-like it or not.

  2. Honestly, I'm too keen on the idea of Warlords, when I was playing it on Retail, I felt like it didn't have much to offer for me. Though, I would personally enjoy seeing faster progression with Mists, I'm generally patient. But, eh, it is what it is.

I admire your opinion and that last bit is very true: it is what it is, and what is done is done, final is final, no more questions/comments.

  4. ?

I don't understand the things you talk about here ! hehe

  5. So is WOD ptr server coming soon to Warmane?

  6. Afaik Edifice said somewhere that WoD would be done properly.
    Meaning imports from MoP/cata.

    Now if they do:
    * Importing Cata dungeons&raids (including old content), questzones like Uldum & deepholm (after the therazane fixes), goblin quests, etc. to MoP.
    * Scripting the MoP Quest & Rep zones to good quality.
    * Getting atleast 1MoP BG done.
    * Then taking all these and and pretty much everything else already done on MoP and port over to WoD (pre-PTR)
    * Having Arenas + Rated BG from start on Wod (pre-PTR)
    * Some WoD PVE/PVP content would be bonus (pre-PTR)

Keep in mind that AT had worked on WoD before merge and it has continued. So this means :
    1) There's already devs working on WoD, so you won't really notice the difference of how long it takes for fixes (especially not after WoD is stable).
    2) There should already be a lot of class fixes.

Then there's also the thing, that if they fix quest on x-expansion, they fix it on other expansions too (given that they know of the bug, so you cata players can't blame if it's not reported).

The possibility of gather more people = higher population = more donation, would mean there could be more devs joining = faster fixes.

If things are as I described, I personally don't have any problems with the release of WoD.

  7. I am still playing with a lot of friends WotLK and I will do in the future simply because I don't like any of the new patches.
I've been playing on Molten for over 3 years now and I still can not see certain improvements that were made in 2-3 months on AT for example. Now that both teams are working together could you please make WotLK more playable before advancing to Cata, MoP, WoD or whatever.
Seems like you guys put your goals too far and you can not finish what you started in a first place.

I simply suggest you finish WotLK, then Cata, then MoP and then try to work on WoD. By the time you make WoD playable there will be WoW: World of Murlocs or whatever.

I appreciate the good work. Kind regards.

  8. Since you know nothing about TBC pvp/arenas/world/pve seems like you stated nothing good.
I played during a year in TBC and it suck. I don't care for PvE, I'm 100% pvp player.
PvP was a **** during Burning crusader. Horde had all PvP racials while alliance had a ****.

  9. Warlord of Draenor 6.2

I think Warlords should launch ASAP, but not patch 6.1, but 6.2 instead! BTW: I am thinking about the PTR not anything official just yet! :)

  10. For me I liked Cata the most but hay its my opinion you cant say im wrong or anythink

  11. well, even if its abandonware or not, this is still a game made by blizzard, years of development, and hard work, and it uses the trademark etc etc . whats worst is that warmane is getting incomes from it using so called donation system:) . for example: bmw sued sangyoung for stealing old models designs, and how about renault starting to make a 458 italia identical and sell it because ferrari got a replacement for it (488gt) ? sounds stupid but its a fair comparision. so still ilegal, in my opinion Wod will be a small spike in blizz huge 3milion +++ players *** :)) they can shut down warmane tomorow, with wod or not, and please, dont botther to reply me:) i write and read on forum very rarely.

  12. Wow have almoust 8 m players not 3m .

  13. Bottom line is do we rly need WoD at this pont?
-MoP still has bg's from TBC and Vanilla and none from wrath cata or mop
-1 or 2 BARELY working MOP raids
    -3-4 BARELY working MOP dungeons
-no option for doing old content
I think warmane or molten or whatever the name is these days should focus on the servers they have now.
Fix the PVE content and move to fixing the PVP content.
And I can promise you that the servers population will go up.

I doubt that any of the DEVs is reading this but still.....
This is not only imo it is the majority of the server's population.

  14. I think that you should first fix the things on other realms, not making an new one.

  15. Imo its too early for WoD. MoP is still in a bad state and i have the feeling that the population (especially on Sargeras) is dropping with every day because ppl get tired of the very limited working content and they move on to play on other MoP private servers with more available content.
The staff said that they have enough devs to work on all 4 expansions (including WoD) at the same time but right now the development progress on MoP is too slow.
Imo all devs that work right now on WoD should rather focus on MoP to bring it faster to a better state...
