DCing everywhere, losing characters for 20 minutes (thats IF your lucky). Lag. Realm Crashes, World Server Crashes.... the list goes on.

Oh and it took them 4 days to reply to my ticket.

One time it took a week and my ticket never got answered, I opened a live chat on the website to ask about some random thing for Diablo 3 and said "Oh hey, my ticket's been up for a week and it has not been answered yet" and apparently it showed up for me, but not them. The game master told me he would see what he could do about fixing it while in the live chat, and about five minutes later i got an email from him and he mailed me the sha loot bag.

The next thing I needed help with I opened a ticket and then started a live chat to ask if it was showing up for them, since the last one didn't work for me. Then I also asked if they could do it right then since they were already helping me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes instead of the usual 2 days or whatever.

I also convinced them to give me a month of playtime for free once :cool:
